Option One is run by Jason Campbell, broker and owner, and Gina Campbell, who leads administration, office management and agent training. Jason spent 15 years as a mortgage loan officer before focusing on real estate, and he has more than 20 years as a REALTOR®. He also wrote the book How to Buy or Sell a Home Without Getting Screwed!
That lending background still shapes how we work with buyers. Through our lending partners we can walk you through FHA, VA, Texas Vet, conventional, USDA, interim construction and land loans, plus down payment assistance.
